Hi Grace! Thank you so much for sharing about Art Therapy. During my free time, I enjoy journalling, reading self-help/psychology books and exploring new things. Through reading your post, Art Therapy seems like an engaging way for students to reflect on their emotions and release stress through creativity. Although I am not an artist myself anymore per se, I used to volunteer at many summer camps and would find that students were relaxed and fully engaged with the art activity at hand.
